Visa
Before travelling, it is recommended that you check with the nearest Singapore Mission, or Singapore Immigration & Checkpoints Authority to determine if you require a visa and meet all entry requirements. Generally, foreigners who do not require visas for entry and are visiting Singapore as tourists, may be given up to 30-day social visit passes upon their arrival in Singapore.
Invitation Letters
Should authors and speakers at iiWAS2016/MoMM2016 and related workshops need a letter from the organizers of the conference for filing a visa request, please send an email to the General Secretary. Please include the following information when you ask for the letter:
- Name
- Affiliation (university/institution/company)
- Country of residence
- Contact address
- Phone number
- Address of the Singapore Embassy where you want to place the application
- E-mail address
- Paper ID
- Conference/Workshop
- Passport Number
- Date and place of birth
- Nationality
- Date and place of Issue of the passport
- Expiration date of the Passport
Please notice that visa invitation letters will ONLY be issued to participants who have registered and paid their registration fees in full.
It must be understood that these letters are only intended to help participants to obtain a visa or to raise travel funds and do not commit the Conference Organizers to any financial nor insurance obligations.
