All
accepted conference papers will be published by the
Austrian Computer Society
(OCG) books@ocg.at
series.
Selected
papers will be further considered for publication in
a special issues of Radiomatics
- Journal on Communications Engineering, International
Journal on Wireless and Mobile Computing, Journal
of Mobile MUltimedia, and International
Journal of Mobile Computing and Commerce.
Submitted
papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality,
significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition.
Authors
are requested to register the abstract of their papers
and to submit the full paper electronically by May
21, 2004 (extended to June 18, 2004).

The
length of full papers should not exceed 10 pages for
full papers.
Papers
must be formatted according to the guidelines
of the Austrian Computer Society (OCG).
Submissions
should be in PDF formats
or MS Word formats.
Short
Papers
Short
Papers and work-in-progress sessions will allow for
presentation of new developments and work in progress.
Short papers to be considered for presentations at the
conference should be submited in the form of abstracts
of one to five pages by July 23rd.
Submitted
papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality,
significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition
and will be included in the proceedings of the conference.
Short
Papers must also be formatted according to the guidelines
of the Austrian Computer Society (OCG).
Tutorials
Proposals
are invited for high-quality half-day tutorials.
Proposals
should include a two-page description and motivation
for the topic of the tutorial, the full name and address
of the tutorial speaker(s), a concise description of
the contents and goals of the tutorial with a few keywords
for each section, a rough estimate of the time spent
on each section, the level of the tutorial, the required
audience experience, and the speaker(s) biography.
Tutorial
proposals should be submitted by April 2, 2004.
The program committee will give notification of acceptance
by June, 2004.
Invited
Sessions
MoMM2004
solicits proposals for invited sessions on the same
or related topics of interest. Proposals must be well-developed
and include the following: proposed title, moderator(s),
speakers' names and addresses, speaker presentation
titles, and a paragraph detailing the contents of the
proposed session.
Invited
Sessions proposals should be submitted by April
2, 2004. The program committee will give notification
of acceptance by June, 2004.
Panels
Proposals
are invited for high-quality panel sessions. Proposals
should include a two-page description and motivation
for the topic to be discussed, as well as two pages
devoted to the biographies of willing panelists.

by June, 2004.
Demos
A
special session will be devoted to live software demonstrations.
To propose a software demonstration, describe the main
aspects of the package, emphasizing its unique or novel
aspects, in two to five pages (including any screenshots)
by July 23, 2004.
Industrial
Presentations
Industrial
presentations will describe current challenges and trends
of the mobile multimedia industry. Nominations for topics
and speakers are welcome, and should be submitted electronically
by July 23, 2002
